To protect the time reserved for each guest and artist, we kindly ask that all clients review our booking policies prior to scheduling. Appointments canceled within 2 full days of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total, including touch-up appointments. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100$ of the scheduled service total. Consultations canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable and apply to the original appointment date, time, service and provider booked. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling to secure appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for most appointments. Brow waxing appointments allow a 5-minute grace period. Appointments arriving beyond the grace period may be subject to late fees, shortened services time, or cancellation. Additional Information: A processing fee is applied by the booking system to all card transactions. By scheduling an appointment with BBLL, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
